Tracy joined Molesworths in 2001 and has worked in private practice since 1983. Tracy specialises in looking after the rights of people in custody, for which we hold a specific Prison Law contract. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX), an accredited Police Station representative and a member of the Manchester Prison Law Practitioner Group, involved with Police Station advice and Crown Court Preparation. Tracy has developed a thriving prison law practice, advising with adjudications, sentence progression, sentence calculations, categorisation including: CAT A reviews, HDC Appeals, Parole applications, Recall, SOPO’s, Cross Border Transfers, Appeals and CCRC and has successfully overturned IPP sentence.
